New Plymouth
We had a fleeting visit to New Plymouth in the weekend; Mr Millicent Crow was playing a show with The Broken Heartbreakers and I went along for the ride. The first thing we saw when we pulled up in town was a house with 5 giant cats sitting on the doorstep, which I took to be a good omen. I later discovered they had a dog that howled along with the town clock when it chimed the hour.
Because the show was in a theatre, we also sneakily tried on some of the costumes backstage. Which made for a whole lot of dorky photos!
